Basic Ingredients for vegetarian lasagna recipe

  • Red Sauce – 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1/2 inch Chopped Ginger
  • Three Garlic Cloves Chopped
  • 1 Green Chili Chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Basil
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 3 Large Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup tomato puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 Cup Water
  • Roast Veggies: Oil – 1 tbsp
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Green Chile
  • 2 Cups Chopped Veggies (French Beans, Potato, Carrot, Cauliflower, etc,)
  • Salt & Pepper according to Season
  • 1/2 tsp each Oregano & Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Paste
  • White Sauce :1 1/2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 1/2 cup milk.
  • Seasonal salt and pepper
  • Oregano – 1/4 tsp
  • 50g of cheese processed
  • Lasagna Sheets – 12 Other Ingredients
  • Mozzarella & Cheddar Cheese – as you desire

How to make vegetarian lasagna recipe

  • Red Sauce:Add oil to a saucepan. Once hot, add garlic, ginger, chili, and chili flakes. Cook for one minute.
  • Add oregano and basil to the mixture. Salt the mixture and let it cook until soft.
  • Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Transfer the mixture to a blender jar. Add 1 cup of water to make a smooth paste.
  • Veggies:Add oil to a saucepan. Once hot, add the ginger and garlic.
  • Combine the chopped vegetables and season them with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil.
  • The chili paste can be added to the vegetables and cooked for one minute on high heat. Now You are ready to serve the vegetables.
  • White Sauce:Add butter and flour to a saucepan. Cook the flour until it is cooked, but not brown. Then add milk slowly and whisk gently.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and oregano
  • Mix in small pieces of cheese and continue to cook for 30 seconds. The white sauce is ready.
  • Assemble Lasagna:Spread a ladle of red sauce in a 12-x8-inch pan and then bake the lasagna sheets.
  • Add more red and white sauce. Add the vegetables and sprinkle with cheese. Place the lasagna sheets on top and repeat the process.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top of sauces in the final segment.
  • Bake at 200C for 25 mins in a preheated baking dish.
  • Garnish your dish with coriander and serve it with garlic breadsticks. Enjoy!
