How to make mince pies with marzipan recipe

  • Mix the suet, ox tongue, and raisins with the apples, raisins, currants, and apples. Add the sugar, two pinches of salt, ginger, mace, nutmeg, and brandy to a large bowl or container.
  • Mix everything until well combined. You can either store mincemeat in sterilized jars or make mince pies like me.
