Basic ingredients for melon salad
- 1/4 Watermelon
- 1/4 Red Onion
- 1/2 Honey Dew
- 1/2 Honey Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 7-8 Mint Leaves
- Parsley 1-2 Springs
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
How to make melon salad recipe
- Take the seeds out of the melon, and either cut them into small pieces or scoop them out into small balls.
- Use chilled melons to make this salad. They are the best! You can use any melons you have on hand for this salad. Chop 7-8 mint leaves, 1-2 springs of parsley, and roll it into a small package.
- Next, slice 1/4 of an onion. Then, cut and scoop the onion.
- Let’s combine: Next, squeeze 1/2 lime, add 1/2 teaspoon salt, and drizzle 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil. Finally, add the chopped mint and parsley and mix well. Your refreshing bowl of goodness will be ready!
