  • 60ml (1/2 cup) milk
  • 100g yogurt
  • 7g dry yeast
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Salt Apricots
  • Apricot powdered sugar
  • Egg yolk

How to make apricot brioche tart recipe

  • Mix milk, water, and honey in a bowl. Add egg, yogurt, flour, and butter. Allow the dough to rise for approximately an hour.
  • Roll the dough out and add the marmalade and apricots to it. Transfer the dough to a baking pan. Spread with the egg yolk.
  • Now Bake for 45 minutes at 170°C (340°F). Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
