Basic ingredients for apricot brioche tart recipe
- 500g (4 1/4 cup) flour
- 60ml (1/4 cup) water
- 1 egg
- 60ml (1/2 cup) milk
- 100g yogurt
- 7g dry yeast
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Salt Apricots
- Apricot powdered sugar
- Egg yolk
How to make apricot brioche tart recipe
- Mix milk, water, and honey in a bowl. Add egg, yogurt, flour, and butter. Allow the dough to rise for approximately an hour.
- Roll the dough out and add the marmalade and apricots to it. Transfer the dough to a baking pan. Spread with the egg yolk.
- Now Bake for 45 minutes at 170°C (340°F). Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
