Martha Stewart chocolate chip cookies recipe

This recipe makes chocolate chip cookies, which are one of my favorite cookies to bake and eat. It will make a delicious and soft chocolate chip cookie that will impress all your family and friends.

Basic Ingredients for Martha Stewart chocolate chip cookies recipe

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsalted softened butter
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 package semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips (approximately 2 cups, or 350g).

  • First, heat the oven to 350°F. Next, add 1 cup of softened butter and 1 1/2 cups of white granulated sugar. After this, add in the eggs one by one. Now add 2 and a quarter cups of all-purpose flour.
  • We will then add 1 tsp. Add half a teaspoon of baking soda. Salt. We will then use a whisk to mix the ingredients. Let’s start by adding flour to the bowl. We will only add about 1/3 of it at once.
  • Next, we will add half a cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips. This equals approximately one package in the USA. I will then mix them in. Let’s now add the remaining flour and scrape the sides.
  • Now that our cookie dough has been made, we will need to separate the beaters. Then we can use our spatula to push them out. Once your cookie dough is ready, you will need to shape the cookies.
  • I use a cookie sheet with an Artisan Mat. This is a Silicone baking tin, which is great. We use an ice cream scoop or spoon to take the cookie dough. You can shape it with your hands if you like. These cookies can then be baked at 350°F for about 8-10 minutes depending on how big they are.
