Hii friends welcome my name is Sandra’s and today I am going to show you the chocolate fudge cake recipe mary berry is a very easy step so let’s get started.

Basic Ingredients:-

  • All-purpose flour – Inch & 3/4 cups
  • Cocoa powder – 3/4 cup
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Baking soda – 1 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder – 1 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar – 2 cups
  • Vegetable Oil – 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla Essence – 2 tsp
  • Egg – 2 nos
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Hot Water – 1 cup
  • Butter – 2 tbsp

For Chocolate Ganache (icing)

  • Brand New Cream – 200 ml
  • Measurement: 1 cup = 250 ml
  • Cake tins: two nos.

How to make chocolate fudge cake recipe

  • First blend the dry ingredients. All-purpose flour, cocoa powder and salt, and baking soda, baking soda sugar.
  • Insert the soaked ingredients now. Vegetable oil, vanilla nature and legumes, milk.
  • Gradually blend the mix and then add one cup hot water and also combine.
  • Note: No need to combine such as long.
  • Grease the cake tins or put butter paper if you are comfy then dust on the tins with flour.
  • Pour the cake batter into 3/4 height of the tins. Bake in 180 to get 40 mins.
  • Note: Check out adding a toothpick. In case it comes out blank, without adhering, then it is cooked.

Chocolate Ganache
(icing)

  • To a spoonful add refreshing cream & chocolate. Soften completely in low flame.
  • Having a knife separate either side of this cake of the tin.
  • Twist a plate on top and back with all the tin to transfer the cake.
  • Twist the cakes horizontally for half an hour.
  • On the bottom half one, disperse the icing. Then place the base of the cake.
  • Again spread the icing on a shirt and then layer the upper part of a cake.
  • Now disperse the icing all over the cake. It’s Completed! Embellish as you need!!
