Basic ingredients for chicken cheese pasta
- Chicken 150g
- Penne Pasta 150g
- 2 cups / 150g of Water
- 6 Cups/1.5 Litres of Olive oil
- 3 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp Garlic (finely minced)
- 1.5 Liters
- Olive Oil & 1/2 Tbsp
- Milk 2 Cups
- Dried Oregano1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Chili 3/4 tsp
- pepper 1/2 tsp
- Cheddar cheese 1/2 Cup
How to make chicken cheese pasta
- Boil water in a saucepan. Cover the pot and boil the pasta for 9 minutes. To prevent the pasta from sticking together, drain the pasta and add 1 tablespoon of Olive oil.
- Now add 1 tsp olive oil to a large pan. Then add the chicken. Season the chicken with 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper. The chicken should be cooked for 3 minutes. Take the chicken out of the pan.
- Add 1 tsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter to the same saucepan.
- Sauté for 30 seconds in a pan with finely chopped garlic.
- Mix 2 tablespoons of butter and maida in a saucepan.
- Add milk to the saucepan.
- Salt, pepper, and basil can be added.
- Add 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese to the sauce once it has incorporated and thickened.
- Mix the sauce with the pasta.
- Mix the chicken in the pan.
- After this, Take off the heat and let it cool.
