Basic Ingredients for beef brisket recipe

  • 3 lb Beef brisket
  • 1-14oz Can jellied Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 packet onion soup mix

How to make beef brisket recipe

  • Pre-heat oven to 325. Place the brisket on a large baking pan. Mix the onion soup mix and cranberry sauce in a bowl until well combined. Spread the cranberry sauce and onion soup mix all over the brief sket.
  • Sprinkle 1/2 cup of water around the perimeter. The roasting pan should be covered with foil. The brisket should be baked at 325 degrees for 3 hours or 1 hour per pound, depending on the size of your brisket.
