Basic Ingredients for scotch pancakes by mary berry:-
- 25g caster sugar
- 40g butter, melted
- 1 medium egg
- 250ml milk
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
How to make scotch pancakes by mary berry
- Mix all wet ingredients apart From the oil.
- Seize the dry ingredients to the wet
- Mix. Whisk until smooth
- Insert a little bit of oil into the pan on medium heat and pour the mix into little circles
- Cook one side till bubbles begins to show on top then turnover. Cook for 30 seconds on the Other Hand then yank the warmth and function
