First of all, Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Mix in the melted butter, hot milk, and egg. Continue to mix until everything is well combined. Butter, flour, or parchment powder can be used to grease the moulds. Bake at 180°C in a preheated oven for 25 minutes. After cooling, pierce the cake with a fork. Pour 5,6 tbsp chocolate syrup on top.
Pour the chocolate syrup into a saucepan. Add sugar to the pot. Cook on medium-low heat for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, add the cocoa powder. Cook for another 1 minute. Let it cool.
