Basic ingredients for gooey chocolate cake

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 Cup+2tbsp, or 80 gr baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt butter 60gr or oil 4 tbsp
  • eggs 1
  • cocoa powder 50gr Or 7 tbsp Instant Coffee
  • 2tbsp sugar( 150gr Chocolate syrup)
  • water 1/3cup
  • Sugar 4 tbsp
  • Cocoa powder 3 tsp
  • Ganache cream 100gr
  • semi-sweet dark chocolate 150gr

How to make gooey chocolate cake

  • First of all, Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Mix in the melted butter, hot milk, and egg. Continue to mix until everything is well combined. Butter, flour, or parchment powder can be used to grease the moulds. Bake at 180°C in a preheated oven for 25 minutes. After cooling, pierce the cake with a fork. Pour 5,6 tbsp chocolate syrup on top.
  • Pour the chocolate syrup into a saucepan. Add sugar to the pot. Cook on medium-low heat for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, add the cocoa powder. Cook for another 1 minute. Let it cool.
