Season 1 cup flour in a bowl with 1/2 tsp Garlic powder and 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper.
Mix 2 eggs and 1/4 cup buttermilk in a large bowl. Stir until combined.
Rub cubed steak with seasoned flour and then dip it in the egg buttermilk mix. let the mixture drip off, then dip it back into the seasoned bread to coat.
Allow the floured steak to rest on a plate for 20 mins to allow the flour to soak into the meat.
While you wait, heat 1 cup of oil in a large frying pan.
Once the steak is piping hot, fry it for 3-4 minutes or until it turns golden brown.
To drain oil, place a steak on a paper towel.
Pour some oil out of the pan leaving 6 tbs in the pan
Heat on low
Add 1-1/2 tbs flour to the saucepan and stir until flour is dissolved
Mix 1-1/2 cups of carnation milk with about 1/4 cup beef stock until smooth
Season gravy made with 1/4 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Onion powder, and 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
