Basic ingredients for gluten free sugar free muesli bar recipe
150g raw almonds
100g walnuts
130g raisins
25g chia seeds, ground
80g oatmeal
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
55ml maple syrup
55ml Coconut oil, melted
70g almond Butter
A pinch of salt
How to make gluten free sugar free muesli bar recipe
Preheat your oven to 130C/ 266F. Pulse the almonds, walnuts, and sultanas 10 times in your food processor. Pulse the chia seeds, oats, and cinnamon powder again, but don’t overmix.
Transfer the mixture to a large bowl. Heat the almond butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and salt in a small saucepan on low heat until combined.
After this, Mix the dry ingredients with the wet mixture. Stir to combine.
After this, Transfer the mixture to a baking paper-lined rectangular tray measuring 27.5cm by 18cm by 3cm.
Place the mixture in a tray measuring 27.5cm x 18cm x 3cm. Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool, then slice into bars. Allow cooling completely. Keep in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
