Basic ingredients for christmas bread and butter pudding
- 250ml Vanilla Essence
- 1 Tsp Melted butter
- 1/2 cup sugar,
- 1 cup Cinnamon Powder,
- 1 Tsp Raisins Black Current Cashew
- To make Custard Custard Powder
- Vanilla Flavour 2 Tsp
- milk 250ml
- Sugar
How to make christmas bread and butter pudding
- Cut the bread into small pieces. Set it aside.
- To a pan add milk, vanilla essence, butter, sugar, and Cinnamon Powder and mix well.
- Stir it until the mixture becomes thick.
- Butter paper can be used to line a cake pan.
- Place the bread pieces in the cake tin.
- Spread the Custard butter mixture on top of the bread.
- Sprinkle some sugar on top.
- Serve it with a few raisins.
- Bake it at 180C for 30 minutes.
- After the pudding has cooled, slice it and drizzle some custard sauce on top.
