Basic ingredients for christmas bread and butter pudding

  • 250ml Vanilla Essence
  • 1 Tsp Melted butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar,
  • 1 cup Cinnamon Powder,
  • 1 Tsp Raisins Black Current Cashew
  • To make Custard Custard Powder
  • Vanilla Flavour 2 Tsp
  • milk 250ml
  • Sugar

How to make christmas bread and butter pudding

  • Cut the bread into small pieces. Set it aside.
  • To a pan add milk, vanilla essence, butter, sugar, and Cinnamon Powder and mix well.
  • Stir it until the mixture becomes thick.
  • Butter paper can be used to line a cake pan.
  • Place the bread pieces in the cake tin.
  • Spread the Custard butter mixture on top of the bread.
  • Sprinkle some sugar on top.
  • Serve it with a few raisins.
  • Bake it at 180C for 30 minutes.
  • After the pudding has cooled, slice it and drizzle some custard sauce on top.
