How to make chicken curry with coconut milk
Marinate the chicken pieces using the items listed. Put the chicken pieces aside for 30 minutes. Now Cut the tomatoes and onions into small pieces.
Chop the mint leaves and coriander leaves. You can either make thick coconut milk from scratch or buy ready-made thick coconut water in shops.
In a large skillet, heat oil, and then add the chopped onions. Sauté the onions on medium heat for 12-14 minutes until golden brown.
After this, add the marinated chicken and chopped tomatoes. Mix everything and fry for 5 minutes on medium heat.
After this, Cook on low heat for another 5-10 minutes, or until the tomatoes become soft and the oil separates. Add 4 tbsp thick coconut milk and 200 ml water. Season with 1/4 teaspoon salt. Cover and cook for 20 minutes on low heat. Garnish with chopped coriander.
