Easy to make shakshuka a recipe in just a few minutes. This recipe is made with eggs and some vegetables and dry ingredients.

Basic ingredients for shakshuka: –

  • Six eggs
  • 2 green bell peppers finely chopped
  • 3 medium-size onions chopped
  • 2-3 green chilies finely chopped
  • 8-10 garlic finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1cup tomato puree
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • Cumin seeds half teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder half teaspoon
  • Red chili powder 1 spoon
  • Cumin powder half teaspoon
  • Coriander powder half teaspoon
  • Garam Masala Half teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • One cup finely chopped coriander leaves

How to make shakshuka recipes

After turning the gas on, we will put a pan on it. Put oil in this pan and heat the oil well on high flame.

After heating the oil, we will add cumin seeds. We will fry the cumin seeds in oil for a few seconds. After the cumin is well fry, we will add chopped garlic and green chilies.

We will cook it well for a few seconds. After that, we will put finely chopped onion in it and mix it well.

Fry this onion on a medium flame for three-four minutes. After the onion fry, we will add finely chopped capsicum to it and cook it on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes.

We will add ginger garlic paste to it. Will mix well, we’ll cook it for 1 minute. Turmeric powder will be added to this and along with this, you will add red chili and cumin powder.

You will mix all these spices by adding coriander powder, let it cook on low flame for 1 minute, will cover the pan, and will allow these spices to fry.

Add puree of tomatoes and mix them. We will add water to this glass.We will add salt and garam masala to it and mix it well. By covering the pan for 5 minutes, we will put eggs in it by lowering the flame of gas.

How to use Eggs?

Break the eggs and put them in a bowl and put them in the prepared curry. We will put some salt on the eggs

Cover the pan and cook it on low flame for 3-4 minutes. If you want, you can also add black pepper to it.

We will put coriander leaves for garnish and after it is ready let it cool for 1-2 minutes. Our shakshuka recipe is ready.
