• 2 tuna containers (225g/8oz), drain 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 onion
• 3 cloves 60g (2oz), sun-dried tomatoes
• 1/2 chili pepper
• 1/4 lot parsley

• First of all,Bring a large saucepan of salted water over high heat to boil.
• Chop parsley, tomatoes, and onion. Chop chili peppers and crush the garlic.
