• Grate the apples. Chop the pecans and set them aside.
• Now Pre-heat the oven to 340°F (170°C) and then grease a 9-inch loaf pan with oil.
• After this, Combine whole wheat flour, baking soda, and baking powder in a small bowl.
• Add cinnamon and kosher salt. Mix well and place in a bowl.
• Now add 2 eggs to a large bowl and beat them together. Mix honey, coconut oil, and greek yogurt with pure vanilla extract. Whisk.
