Now we will fill our prepared stuffing with the help of a tablespoon over the tortilla discs and roll the tortilla discs with the help of hands.
We will cut all these rolls from the center and transfer them to the baking dish. On top of this, we will put ranchero sauce. If you want, you can also put Mozzarella cheese on it.
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake it for about ten minutes. After being baked, we will garnish it with Parsley springs and olive oil. Our vegetarian enchiladas recipe is ready.
