- Olive oil ¼ Cup
- Onion 1 small diced
- Carrots 1-2 diced
- Celery Stalk 1-2 diced

- Chili Flakes 1-2 tsp
- Cannellini Beans 1 large Can
- Vegetable Broth 1 L Kale Leaves 2 handful chopped

Heat a large stockpot over medium heat for a single minute; add the carrots and ham and sauté for about two to three minutes. Insert bouillon cubes along with 3 cups of heated water.
Bring to a boil and stir fry at the ditalini pasta.
Simmer for 5 minutes. Add beans and cook for additional 5 minutes, or till heated through, stirring occasionally.
