Take a big bowl and put 1 ¼ cups of all-purpose flour in it. 

Add half tsp salt and half tsp sugar and mix these dry ingredients mixing well. 

½ cups unsalted butter will be chilled, cut into small cubes (1/2 inch) and mash this butter well in this mixture. 

After one hour we will take out this dough from the refrigerator and on top of that, we will dust some flour. 

Now we take 12 × 36cm tart tin and we will put this dough on it. With the help of folk, we will make a hole in it and for 30 minutes we will put it in the refrigerator.
