This Thai stir-fry rice pasta is very super delicious with the perfect balance of sweetness and saltiness, and sourness. 

Let the rice noodles soak for between 8-10 minutes.

Stir fry the following ingredients in a large pan: Peanut oil, minced garlic, and whites of spring onions.

Mix the following: Tamarind pulp, soy sauce, palm sugar, and salt in a bowl 

Stir the sauce into the stir-fried vegetables with a little water. 

Stir in the Thai noodles and some spring greens. Pad Thai noodles are now available! Assemble the beans sprouts, dried onion, and roasted peanuts.
