- 90 gr Valrhona Caraibes chocolate
- 90 gr Unsalted Butter room temperature
- 150gr Sugar
- 3 organic eggs
- 45gr flour
How to make recipe for chocolate tart with raspberries
- First In a large saucepan, melt butter and chocolate. Stir in egg & sugar until lightened. Add butter/chocolate mixture to the bowl.
- Bake at 160 for 12-15 minutes (the tip of the knife should come out moist). Cool off Dust with icing sugar. Add fresh raspberries.
