How to make recipe for chilli beef nachos

  • Begin by coloring the beef mince on high heat using a little olive oil. This will add more flavor later. Turn the heat down and remove the meat. Chop the vegetables and add them to the pan.
  • To fry the vegetables until they begin to soften, add a little olive oil to a pan. Now add the tomatoes, cumin, and oregano to the pan. This should be cooked for approximately half an hour before being added to the beef. Let it cook with a lid for as long as you can (minimum of one hour). If you wish, add kidney beans after about 30 minutes.
  • Now Make the pico de gallo salsa and guacamole while you wait. Take the avocado flesh out and smash it. To prevent it from turning brown, immediately squeeze the lime juice on top. Make sure your griddle pan is hot.
  • Combine olive oil, salt, and pepper. Cover the scallions with this mixture. Toss them on a griddle pan and cook until they are lightly charred. Chop the charred onion, then add it to the avocado with chopped coriander and mix. Pico de Gallo is made by cutting tomatoes, garlic, and cilantro. Add lime juice and some olive oil to the mixture and season with salt and pepper. After your chili has been cooked, layer the tortilla chips, chili, and cheese on top. Put them under the broiler to brown, but don’t burn. Serve with Gran Luchito fire-roasted Serranos, sour Cream, and thinly sliced Radish. Enjoy this recipe for chilli beef nachos.
