  • 4 cups chopped chicken
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 cup chopped celery

  • 1 – 28oz can tomato sauce 1 – 28 oz Can diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp parsley Black pepper
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese to top
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese to top

How to make sticky chicken with red peppers

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare bell peppers. Clean, halve and remove seeds and veins. On medium heat, heat oil.
  • Add onion, celery, and carrots. Season with salt and pepper. Let veggies cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until tender. Stir in minced garlic and continue to cook for about 15 seconds.
  • Let cool on the heat. Combine chicken, vegetables, tomatoes, cheese, and seasonings in a bowl. Combine well. Mix well. Top each pepper half with the chicken mixture.
  • Bake at 375° for 45 minutes. Cover and bake. Take out of the oven.
  • Now Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the chicken stuffed peppers. Bake covered for 15 minutes, or until cheese melts. Enjoy.
