Basic ingredients for seville minted chicken recipe

  • Chicken 1 Kg
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 400 gms Yoghurt(Whisked) Salt
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Pepper
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 12 tbsp Cashew Nuts Paste
  • 200gms Cream
  • 2 Handfuls of Fresh Mint Leaves

How to make seville minted chicken recipe

  • First of all, Cook the chicken in a frying pan with 2 tbsp cooking oil and 2 Tbsp butter for approximately 2 minutes
  • Cook the Ginger Garlic Paste. Add the yogurt and paste to the chicken.
  • To the chicken, add 1 tbsp coarsely ground cumin seeds, 1 tablespoon of garam masala, and 1 tbsp pepper to 1 lime juice.
  • Mix 200ml of fresh cream with a few cashew nuts to make cashew cream paste and add it to your chicken. You can also add a handful of fresh mint.
