How to make penang chicken stir fry

  • Marinate the chicken. Cut the pieces of boneless chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • Add salt, pepper powder, and chili flakes to this mixture.
  • Now Let the chicken sit for 30 minutes before you coat it. Stir fry
  • After this, add oil, garlic ginger, and onion to a large pan.
  • Add capsicum to this mixture and saute for a few minutes.
