How to make penang chicken stir fry
- Marinate the chicken. Cut the pieces of boneless chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Add salt, pepper powder, and chili flakes to this mixture.
- Now Let the chicken sit for 30 minutes before you coat it. Stir fry
- After this, add oil, garlic ginger, and onion to a large pan.
- Add capsicum to this mixture and saute for a few minutes.
