How to make peach upside down cake

  • Melt the butter in a pan and add the sugar. Let it bubble and blend. Place the fruit slices on top.
  • Now Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl. Mix the butter and sugar in a separate bowl for 5 minutes.
  • Add one egg at a while to the mixture with the vanilla. Add the juice. Mix the dry mixture in 3 additions. Don’t overmix. Now Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
