Basic ingredients for no cook cranberry sauce
- 1 12 ounces bag of whole cranberries, washed (335 grams)
- 1 whole seedless orange is washed and chopped into large pieces (don’t peel)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup (not fake), honey, or sugar (119g)
- 1/4 cup walnuts, or pecans (170g)
How to make no cook cranberry sauce
- In a food processor, combine the cranberries and orange with maple syrup. Pulse for approximately 20 seconds.
- Now Take off the lid and use a spatula to push down the sauce. Pulse for 10 seconds more. Add walnuts or pecans. Pulse another 20 seconds.
