- 6oz Icing sugar
- 12 oz Butter
- 1 jar of good-quality Mincemeat

- Mix sugar and flour in a bowl. Use a pastry cutter to cut the butter into small pieces. Mix in the grated orange juice and mix until the dough sticks together.
- After this, Make a ball of the dough, wrap it in greaseproof paper, and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Once the dough is ready, roll out and cut into rounds to fit into tartlet tins. Now add a teaspoon of mincemeat to each pastry case. Cover it with another round for a lid. Bake at 190° Celsius (375° Fahrenheit) for 15 minutes or until the lid is golden. Now Allow to cool, then sprinkle with icing sugar.
