- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup water (just over)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Strawberry Sauce: 1 Cup frozen Strawberries, 1 1/2 tbsp sugar, 1-2 tbs of lemon juice
- Raspberry coulis: 3/4 cup raspberries, 1 tbsp icing sugar, 1 tbsp Lemon juice 1 Tinned fruit. I add the cherries to the top. Raspberry coulis (recipe above) 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream (one scoop at the bottom); Nut Brittle (recipe below) 1 scoop Strawberry icecream Whipped or Instant Cream to top

- Banana Split:1 banana Vanilla icecream/Chocolate Ice cream (place in the middle) Strawberry Icecream 1-2tbsp crushed up pineapple Place strawberry sauce (as described above) Over the strawberry icecream Chocolate sauce (as described above) Pour the chocolate icecream 2-3 cherries Whipped Cream (fresh or instant) 1-2 tbsp chopped peanuts Optional Extras (wafer and chocolate drizzle)
