Basic ingredients for cooking lobster tails

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1 stick Kerry Gold Irish butter (or high-quality butter)
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • All-Purpose seasoning (salt and pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, onion powder)

How to make cooking lobster tails

  • Heat oven to 400°F Uses kitchen scissors to trim the lobster tails just before reaching the tail. Now use your fingers to remove the meat from the shell.
