coffee sandwich cake
- 675g Sugar
- 6 eggs
- 450g Flour
- 1 tsp Orange Flower Water
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 90g Almonds
How to make coffee sandwich cake
- Preheat your oven to 180°F. First, whisk the eggs until they become frothy. Mix in the sugar. Next, add the flour. Next, add the almonds. Mix the orange flower water, baking powder, and salt.
- Butter your baking pan and sprinkle sugar on top. Bake the mixture in the oven for approximately 25 minutes, or until it turns pale and golden.
- Let cool the cake and then cut it into bite-sized pieces. Spread jam on top.
