- 800g sausage meat
- 350g diced onion
- 100g vac pack chestnuts
- 50g dried breadcrumbs
- 5 chopped leaves of sage
- 2tsp salt
- 1tsp cracked pepper
- 50g dried Cranberries
- 8 juniper berries chopped

- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and then make 14 meatballs. Cook the meatballs in a large bowl until golden brown. Now Allow them to rest for 15 minutes before transferring to a frying pan.
