  • 1 cup double cream
  • 1 Tbs lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan (optional)

  • Season chicken with Italian seasoning and crushed chili pepper. Add salt and pepper to taste. Now On medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to a large skillet.
  • Cook the chicken in the skillet for about 5-6 minutes on each side. Now Take the chicken out of the pan and place it in a bowl.
  • Cook the butter, onion, asparagus, and garlic in a skillet for about 2 minutes or until tender. Cook the garlic for a little over a minute. Stir in the double cream, lemon juice, and parmesan cheese.
  • Let the chicken return to the saucepan and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the sauce thickens. Adjust salt and pepper to taste. You can add 1/4 cup water, chicken broth, or broth if the sauce becomes too thick. I like to serve mine with baby boiled potatoes.
