How to chicken in cream sauce

  • First of all, Season this chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Place the chicken in a skillet over medium heat. After this, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet.
  • Cook the chicken on both sides until crispy or lightly browned.
  • Set aside the chicken. The chicken fat should be thrown out of the skillet. Sauté the garlic in the olive oil until it turns golden brown. Then add the chicken to the skillet.
