Basic ingredients for chicken fajitas

  • 500-gm boneless chicken
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • One tsp lime juice
  • Two garlic cloves
  • 1 1/2 tsp cumin

  • 1 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • One red bell pepper
  • One yellow bell pepper
  • One medium onion
  • One tsp chili flakes
  • One tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • One tsp cumin
  • One tsp salt
  • One cup-soaked rice
  • 1 3/4 cups chicken stock
  • Three tbsp fresh coriander

How to make chicken fajitas

  • Marinate boneless chicken in salt, lime juice, and garlic cloves for 20 minutes. In a large skillet, heat oil, and then add the chicken pieces. Cook the pieces of marinated chicken for about 7-8 minutes at high heat. Then, turn off the heat and remove
