Basic ingredients for chardonnay chicken
- Grumpy’s Chicken Chardonnay
- 1/4 cup Onion Powder
- 1/4 Cup Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Cup Chili Powder
- 1/4 cup Cayenne Pepper Salt Pepper
- 3 cups flour
- 2 1/2 cups Lemon flavored Fish Fry
- 1 1/2 cups Chicken Breading or Italian Bread Crumbs
- 13 ounces cheap Chardonnay
- 6 to 5 ounces of Milk
- 1 box Mushrooms
- 1 onion
How to make chardonnay chicken
- Combine powders with flour, fish fry, and bread in one bag
- Use the reading mix to coat the chicken evenly
- Sauté chicken in olive oil until it is lightly browned
- Slice mushrooms and onions
- When chicken is brown, pull it out
- Saute onions and mushrooms in the juices of the chicken. Bake chicken until done
- Sauté mushrooms and onions until tender
- Chardonnay can be added to milk
- Mix and match.
- If necessary, add more flour
- Enjoy the finish
