How to make mary berry carrot cake with banana
- Mix sugar eggs and oil.
- Add soft fry ingredients to the egg mixture.
- Put the batter into a greased 22cm round cake pan.
- Bake at 180° Celsius for 35-40 min.
- Let cool in the tin for a while before turning out onto a wire rack to cool. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
