1 cup milk

2 cup macaroni pasta

Butter should be melted in a saucepan. Mix in maida, then add butter. Add milk to the mixture after mixing it. Combine it all. Mix it in. Add salt, black pepper, and nutmeg powder.
Add the boiled macaroni pasta. Combine it all. Add oregano, and red chili flakes and mix well. Now add Gouda cheese, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
