Basic ingredients for lemon torte
- Pastry:- 225g of plain flour
- 125g cold butter
- 80g Icing Sugar
- 2 egg yolks

- 2 egg yolks
- 3 eggs
- 110g castor sugar and 125ml Lemon Juice
How to make lemon torte
