- One cup frozen carrots and peas
- Half cup froze corn kernels

- First of all, Place potatoes in a large saucepan of boiling water. Boil the potatoes for fifteen to twenty minutes until they are soft. After this, Cook ground lamb or ground beef in a large saucepan on medium heat for five minutes.
- Sauté onion until softened and translucent, approximately 5 to 7 min. Stir in 2 tablespoons butter. Let it melt completely before adding the flour. Mix well and cook for about 1-2 minutes.
