Basic Ingredients: –
For the Scones:
- Four cups all-purpose flour
- One cup sugar + two tablespoons sugar
- One tablespoon baking powder

- One cup cold buttermilk
- Two large eggs
- 1 ½ cups fresh blueberries

- ½ cup sifted powdered sugar
- One to two tablespoons whole milk

In a separate bowl, add 1 cup of all-purpose flour and 1 cup of sugar. Add 1 tablespoon baking powder, and a pinch of sea salt. After this add 1 1/3 sticks cold unsalted butter.
Mix this dry ingredient with the help of a spatula. After this, we will take a bowl and in it, we will put one cup of cold buttermilk, two large eggs with the help of a whisker.
We will put these prepared wet ingredients in dry ingredients and combined them with the help of a spatula. We will put 1 ½ cups of fresh blueberries in this prepared dough.
