How to make an antipasto recipe is a very simple and unique method.

Basic Ingredients: –

  • 1lb tri-color pasta
  • 1 5oz pepperoni
  • 1 4oz genoa salami
  • 1/2 lb asiago cheese
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper
  • Half green bell pepper
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 6oz chopped black olives
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 7oz Italian seasoning

For the dressing

  • 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano

How to make antipasto?

Place an instant pot over the gas and in that we put a little bit of water. Add 1 tsp salt and 1 tablespoon olive oil bring your water to boil add the pasta and we will cook it for 8 minutes.

After 8 minutes remove from the heat and drain off the water in a large bowl add the pasta 1/2 yellow bell pepper, half green bell pepper, 1/2 red bell pepper. After this, add 2 cups of cherry tomatoes and 1 6oz chopped black olives.

Now add the 1 5oz pepperoni and 1 4oz genoa salami, 1 7oz Italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp salt. We will mix this pasta mixture with the help of a spatula.

Cover with plastic wrap then refrigerator for one hour. After this, we will prepare the dressing in a bowl and put 3/4 cup olive oil and 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar.

Add the 2 tbsp dried parsley, 1 tbsp dried, oregano and1 tbsp Parmesan cheese then whisker together until well combined. After one hour removes the pasta from the refrigerator then add the dressing.

Mix well the ready to serve now our antipasto pasta is completely ready to enjoy this recipe.
