How to make a ravioli recipe in a very simple and easy way.
Basic ingredients: –
Maida (refined flour) one cup
Two tbsp oil
- A pinch salt
- One cup spinach (washed and boiled)
- One cup ricotta cheese
- One tbsp chopped garlic
- Half tsp chili flakes
- Half tsp pepper powder
- Some mixed herbs
- Half tsp salt (as per taste)
How to make a ravioli recipe?
In a large bowl, add 1 cup refined flour and two tbsp oil. Add a pinch of salt and combined it all well with the help of a spatula. Prepare dough adding water little by little.
With the help of hands, you will thoroughly knead this dough and cover it with a wet cloth keep it aside for 20 minutes. In a bowl, add one cup of spinach (washed and boiled) and One cup of ricotta cheese.
Adding One tbsp chopped garlic, Half tsp chili flakes, Half tsp pepper powder, Some mixed herbs, and Half tsp salt (as per taste) and combined all well with the help of a spatula.
After 20 minutes we will remove the wet cloth from the dough and roll it out with the help of rolling the dough, making sure that we do not make it too thin.
Add stuffing to one, place with another sheet in the top, and seal it well. Mark sides using a fork will take a pan and in it, we will put some water and boil it.
After the water is boiled, add one by one ravioli and boil for 3-4 minutes. Once it floats in water, remove this ravioli onto a plate. Now we will make a white sauce for this.
How to make a white sauce?
In a pan, we put one tbsp oil and two tbsp cornflour and mix it. When mixing this add two cup milk and half tsp chili flakes. Half tsp pepper powder, half tsp salt (as per taste) mix it.
Add some mixed herbs stairwell in between to prevent layer formation. Simmer it for 3-4 minutes and add 2-3 tbsp cream. Add boiled ravioli let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Sprinkles some mixed herbs and add a pinch of salt. Now our ravioli recipe ready to serve and enjoy it.
