Basic ingredients: –

Fist of all we make dry ingredients, take a large bowl and after filtering it we will put all-purpose flour 1 cup, half tsp baking powder, half tsp baking soda, 2 tbsp powder sugar and all these dry ingredients Will take
We will mix this batter with the help of a spatula or whisker. After this we will prepare wet ingredients, take a bowl, and in this, we will add 200g condensed milk, 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoon water, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and mix with a spatula.
Put dry ingredients in these wet ingredients and mix them. Add 50g melted butter and 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp vinegar, and mix. divide this prepared batter into 6 equal portions and in these devised portions put a few drops of food color.
We will mix these colors, after this we will take a five-inch tin and grease it with that butter. We will use about 2 tin here and put the red and blue color batter in both these tins and tap with the help of hands.
How to bake in the oven
Preheat oven to 180 degrees salty for ten minutes and bake ten to fifteen minutes. After baking, take out the tin from the oven and similarly, we will bake the prepared batter in the tin.
Now we will take the first layer and on top of that, we will apply sugar syrup with the help of a brush.
To make sugar syrup, you will prepare two cups of sugar and half a cup of water.
Put whipped cream and spread it over this layer.
Smooth with a palette knife over this we will put the 2nd layer and soak with sugar syrup after this, apply whipped cream in the top. In this way, we will apply all the layers to it. Decorate with violet cream now our rainbow cake recipe is ready to enjoy it.
