Basic ingredients for panettone recipe:-

  • Half cup warm milk
  • One tsp granulated sugar
  • Four tsp dry yeast
  • 4 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • Half cup rum
  • Three eggs
  • One orange, zest
  • One lemon, zest
  • Half cup granulated sugar
  • Three egg yolks
  • One tbsp vanilla extract
  • Seven oz unsalted butter
  • Half cup raisins
  • One egg whipped for greasing

How to make a panettone recipe?

In a large bowl, add 150ml milk, two tsp instant yeast, five tbsp sugar, 3/4 tsp salt, and two eggs and mix small together. Add Three cups of all-purpose flour (loosely packed) and combined it all.
