How to make a lemon cupcake recipe is a very simple and easy way.

Basic Ingredients: –

  • 150g Soften butter, using salted (room temperature)
  • 150g All-purpose flour
  • Caster sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • One medium-sized lemon for zest
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder
  • 2 tbsp of whole milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/4 tsp salt Another lemon for decorations (as preferred)

For the buttercream frosting:

  • 220g Confectioners / powdered sugar
  • 55g of softened butter (room temperature)
  • 1 tbsp of heavy cream (you can use regular milk instead)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 12 Cup cupcake/muffin pan Cupcake liners
  • 1M Wilton nozzle to pipe (you can use any nozzle as available or else pipe without a nozzle as well)

How to make lemon cupcake recipe?

In a large bowl, add 150g Soften butter, using salted (room temperature), and beat it to a few seconds. We will add 150g sugar and beat it by adding a little water.

For Garnish, we will put One medium-size lemon for zest over it. Our lemon cupcake recipe is ready to enjoy it.
