How to make a chicken vegetable soup in a very simple and easy way.

Basic ingredients: –

  • 250g chicken
  • Three glass water
  • one carrot chopped
  • Four garlic buds
  • black cardamom
  • Two cinnamon pieces
  • one bay leaves
  • one onion
  • 1-inch ginger piece
  • Three cloves
  • one green cardamom
  • Two green chilies
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • fresh peas
  • Half tsp black pepper powder
  • Two tsp cornflour
  • one egg white
  • one lemon juice
  • half cup coriander

How to make Chicken vegetable soup?

Put a pan over the gas and in it, we will put 250g chicken. Three glasses of water and one carrot will be chopped. Add four garlic buds, one black cardamom, two cinnamon pieces.

Add one bay leaves, one onion, 1-inch ginger piece, three cloves, one green cardamom, two green chilies, and 3/4 tsp salt. We will mix this mixture well.

1/2 a glass of water and cook it on medium-low flame for about fifteen minutes. Leave it covered for fifteen minutes. After fifteen minutes we will take the chicken out of it on a plate.

Keep in mind that we will not cut chicken before we will cook it after cooking for 15 minutes.

After this, we will put half a cup of fresh peas in it and cook for 2-3 minutes, and then we will turn off the gas. With this mixture, we will remove all the spices like onion, garlic, green chilies. Take out this mixture a little bit in a cup and put 2tsp cornflour in it and mix it well.

After cutting the chicken, put it in this liquid mixture and turn the gas on. Half tsp black pepper powder and add some salt according to taste.

Add prepared slurry and one egg white. Add one lemon juice and half cup coriander and cook it now. Our Chicken vegetable soup is ready.
